Personalized Workbooks

Because each workbook is custom-made with your child’s name, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect ordering, or if you no longer need the item. Please double-check all spelling and personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your workbook arrives:

• damaged,
• defective,
• or with an error made by OBL Crafts

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

OBL Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but we will assist in tracking your parcel where possible.
